Wang Mingyu 38ef41edd8 enchant2: upgrade 2.8.1 -> 2.8.2 ...

Changelog:
- fixes a crash when using Hspell to check Hebrew, when the
  application passes characters that cannot be mapped to ISO-8859-8.
