Joshua Lock 3c1a3b0724 bitbake/cooker: reduce code duplication ...

Move runqueua and taskdata initialisation into a new function,
prepareTreeData(), so that generateDepTreeData() and
generateTargetsTreeData() are not duplicating the same logic.
