Fawzi KHABER 78fe6339e8 oeqa/selftest/cases/package.py: adding unittest for package rename conflicts 
This Unittest tries to rename a package, using an already used name and
fails on do_package.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
