Martin Donnelly 3fd422eda8 augeas: Add libxml2 dependency ...

This patch fixes the following Augeas configure error.

| Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
| installed software in a non-standard prefix.

| and LIBXML_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
