Kang Kai b4ac21c58a libsdl: update to 1.2.14 ...

Update libsdl to 1.2.14
* update configure_tweak.patch
* update bb file, including add configure option --disable-video-ps3,
  drop acinclude.m4 and kernel-asm-page.patch and remove old libtool macros
