* For changes, see: https://www.tcpdump.org/libpcap-changes.txt * Merge inc and bb and remove unnecessary flags. * Remove all patches, they have either been upstreamed or fixed differently. * Compilation with bluez5 works just fine, enable it and remove bluez4 config. * Backport a commit to fix musl builds.
