Richard Tollerton 48641d57d4 sysvinit: bootlogd: Honor VERBOSE ...

The messages echoed when starting and stopping bootlogd are currently
printed regardless of the setting of VERBOSE.  Adjust the initscript so
they're only printed when VERBOSE is enabled.
