Khem Raj 75722f462e eglinfo-fb: Pass -DMESA_EGL_NO_X11_HEADERS to cxxflags ...

This helps in compiling on graphics drivers which use
this define to differentiate between eglfs and x11 headers
e.g. mali or mesa
