Peter Kjellerstedt 4ca073b9c0 glib-2.0: Remove a leftover comment ...

The system-pcre PACKAGECONFIG was removed in commit e359ee75 (glib-2.0:
update 2.68.4 -> 2.70.0), but a comment was left behind.
