Mark Hatle 4e2c84f6b4 pseudo: Change pseudo integration to better support local DBs 
Change the pseudo integration:
  * Uprev to latest open source version
  * Restructure the patches to allow for many local DBs, as well as
    pseudo specific lib dirs.
