Cristian Iorga b2b40576d7 bluez5: upgrade to 5.22 ...

Several fixes to HID over GATT (HoG) and for AVRCP.
Notable additions with the Linux kernel 3.17:
- BR/EDR whitelist support;
- Proper LE passive scanning support.
