Scott Rifenbark 57ef2ef098 documentation/bsp-guide/style.css: Updated Style Sheet ...

I updated the HTML style sheet to match that of the other online
manuals.  Section heads are now in Yocto blue and tip box
color is inline with Yocto color schemes.
