Nitin A Kamble 800f7e4352 pax: fix compilation with x32 toolchain 
off_t is 8byte for x32.  We need to check both _FILE_OFFSET_BITS and
size of off_t to see if file offset is 64bit.  This patch adds
AC_CHECK_SIZEOF(off_t) and checks SIZEOF_OFF_T == 8.
