Scott Rifenbark 5f20fb847e ref-manual: Added image-live class and updated IMAGE_FSTYPES variable. ...

Added a note to the existing IMAGE_FSTYPES variable based on
using "live" as an image type.  Need to be sure that appears
before inherit line in the recipe.
