Elizabeth Flanagan 6462c158fc poky.conf: Pre-release bump of DISTRO_VERSION ...

In order for us to create the adtrepo prior to release, we need to
set DISTRO_VERSION correctly. Also, verified that PRE_MIRRORS and
MIRRORS were set.
