Fixed this line
ac_cv_sizeof_unsigned_char=${ac_cv_sizeof_unsigned_int=1}
as this line
ac_cv_sizeof_unsigned_char=${ac_cv_sizeof_unsigned_char=1}
This issue was causing guile recipe to compile-fail for x86 target.
