Kumar Gala 69c0b35020 site/powerpc64-linux: Start initial site config ...

Use ac_cv_sizeof_* from eglibc as starting point for powerpc64-linux
site info.  We will refactor common bits that are needed out of
powerpc32-linux based on build issues.
