Peter Kjellerstedt 6e05fb6551 selftest: recipetool: Correct the URI for socat ...

The URI to the socat tarball used in the
recipetool.RecipetoolCreateTests.test_recipetool_create_simple test has
been moved to an "Archive" directory.
