Ed Bartosh 32d14e304b bitbake.conf: Add BBSERVER to HASHBASE_WHITELIST ...

Using BBSERVER variable in checksum calculations causes
unnecessary rebuilds when running memres bitbake.

Whitelisted BBSERVER variable to prevent this unwanted
behaviour.
