Martin Jansa 38639bd285 taglib: add missing dependency on zlib ...

* without target zlib it tries to use native one:
 | /OE/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/lib/libz.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
 | collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
 | make[2]: *** [taglib/libtag.so.1.12.0] Error 1
