Maxin B. John ac8cb9e382 Update the SRC_URI in systemtap recipe ...

The SRC_URI in systemtap recipe uses 'sources.redhat.com' which
redirects to 'sourceware.org'. This causes random fetch failures.
Updating the recipe to use the direct link.
