Kristi Rifenbark 840dbbfff9 sdk-manual: Removed Mars Appendix ...

Fixed [YOCTO #12417]

Deleted the appendix.xml file.
Updated the mega manual .xml file to not include
the Mars appendix file.
Updated the sdk-manual.xml file to not include the
Mars appendix file.
