Richard Purdie 81fe3dfab9 oeqa/buildtools: Switch to our webserver instead of example.com 
Similarly to the sanity connectivity check, switch away from example.com
for the buildtools tests.

These test cases are used by buildtools-tarball, and are not used by the testsdk class.
