Backport the following 5 patches to make CVE patches be applied smoothly.
  video-Remove-trailing-whitespaces.patch
  video-readers-jpeg-Abort-sooner-if-a-read-operation-.patch
  video-readers-jpeg-Refuse-to-handle-multiple-start-o.patch
