Dongxiao Xu 2b533d04bd libmusicbrainz: Upgraded to 3.0.2 
Removed the autofoo.patch since the latest version uses cmake instead
Remove gcc43_fix.patch since the code is not in latest package
Change SRC_URI to be more generic
Also fix the metadata
