Saul Wold 5472bdc2f0 texinfo: Update to 5.1 ...

- COPYING was slightly reformated (whitespace changes only)
- rebased patches
- remove upstreamed patches
- added pod2texi to texinfo package
- get all man pages from man1 and man5
