Armin Kuster 92f46eaa44 gnutls: update to 3.5.16 ...

This is a bug fix release on the
current stable branch. Note that, I've also switched the release
cadence to bi-monthly as less and less bug fixes/updates accumulate
each month on this branch.

** API and ABI modifications:
No changes since last version.
