1. Add nativesdk support
- Apply the same patches of native
- Generate the same apt.conf.sample of native

2. Create user '_apt' to fix apt runtime warning

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
