Andrei Dinu cf24179d65 bitbake: hob-toolchain: task-core-standalone-sdk-target renamed to packagegroup-core-standalone-sdk-target ...

This change also applies to task-core-standalone-sdk-target-dbg and resolves
build failures caused by the missing packages.
