Belen Barros 985017af3d bitbake: toaster: Clean up main.js ...

Clean up main.js to leave only what is being
used in the design prototype.

Initialise the Bootstrap tooltips for any anchor tag inside
a table heading with the btn-primary class applied. This
effectively styles the title attribute of the applied
filters to look like all other Toaster tooltips.
