Alexander Kanavin 9988ab36b4 webkitgtk: update to 2.10.4 ...

Drop backported patches (which means, all the patches).

Replace a few hardcoded dependencies with PACKAGECONFIG entries.
Add a PACKAGECONFIG entry for libhyphen.
