Set SRCTREECOVEREDTASKS appropriately in the workspace .bbappend file
for kernel recipes. This tries to ensure that all needed tasks (esp.
configure and patch) are run when building the kernel - tasks which
would normally be disabled by externalsrc.bbclass.
