Alexander Kanavin a47bb4ff00 texinfo: update 6.7 -> 6.8 ...

Drop texinfo-4.12-zlib.patch as it completely lacks a description,
was added together with the original recipe without an explanation in
the commit message, and is difficult to rebase.
