Updates to firmware binaries from (not exhaustive list):
Broadcom, Atheros, Realtek, Marvell, Intel, AMD, Siano.

- AMD microcode copyright years changed;
- Siano license added;
- Intel SST2 license added;

Fixes [YOCTO #6965].
