- context: use rpmtsAddReinstallElement() when doing a reinstall
- MergedTransaction: Fix invalid memory access when dropping items
- ConfigParser: fix use-out-of-scope leaks
- Since we use rpmtsAddReinstallElement rpm also uninstalls the package
- Fix countme bucket calculation
