To avoid overlap and redundancy of rust tests, remove the test cases whose
parent dir is already excluded.
Tests which are failing from below dirs are removed as these dirs are
already present in exclude list
tests/run-make
tests/rustdoc
tests/mir-opt
tests/ui-fulldeps
