Petter Mabäcker abf8f0f575 systemtap: remove usage of FILESPATH 
Fixes [YOCTO #4497]

Usage of FILESPATH is discouraged, since it can make recipes harder to
bbappend. Instead FILESEXTRAPATHS should be used to extend the path.
