Diego Rondini ba9e1066b0 bitbake.conf: Add python2 to HOSTTOOLS ...

Add python2 to HOSTTOOLS as, according to
https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0394/, the command "python2" should be the
one used in scripts that are not yet ported to Python 3.
