Guðni Már Gilbert ae130b042f dnf: drop python3-iniparse from DEPENDS and RDEPENDS 
python3-iniparse dependency was dropped 2019, see the
following commit as reference:
d7d0e0e2f9

When looking at the Git history, this happened around tag 4.2.1
