Alexandru DAMIAN b0cb740fe0 bitbake: toastergui: add ext4 option for IMAGE_FSTYPES ...

This patch adds "ext4" as a selectable option in IMAGE_FSTYPES,
to keep in sync with the OE-Core capabilities.
