Richard Purdie b32dbb3747 bitbake: toaster/tests/builds: Add BB_HASHSERVE passthrough ...

As well as BB_HASHSERVE_UPSTREAM, ensure BB_HASHSERVE is passed through
to allow sstate resuse on the autobuilder.
