Jean-Marie LEMETAYER b9ce68a5d7 bitbake: fetch2/wget: fix downloadfilename parameter ...

When using a download filename with characters which can be interpreted
by the shell ('(', ')', '&', ';', ...) the command fails. Quoting the
filename fixes the issue.
