Robert Yang bad434be93 libxml2: fix AM_PATH_XML2 ...

The code: suppose $1 == 2.7:
verdep=ifelse([$1], [], [], [>= $1])
results in:
verdep=>= 2.7
This is wrong in shell:
bash: 2.7: command not found

Use quotation marks to fix the problem.
