    Remove boot-live cfg duplication from BSPs

    Several BSPs duplicated the boot-live fragment in their BSP
    specific config. Remove the duplication and add CONFIG_RD_GZIP
    and CONFIG_BLK_DEV_SR to the boot-live fragment.
