Scott Rifenbark bf46fa7d50 documentation/dev-manual/dev-manual-kernel-appendix.xml: Fix example ...

The exmample that sets up poky-extras was not putting the user
in the proper directory.  I updated the cd command to place them
in poky-extras before checking out the branch.
