Bruce Ashfield c45ed6eda9 lttng-modules: fix build against v5.17+ ...

To fix the build against v5.17+ kernels, we backport 7 patches
from the lttng-modules upstream repository.

If a 2.13.2 lttng-modules release is done before the upcoming
release, we'll obviously drop these patches.
