Ross Burton c70a7d266d checkpkg_exceptions: add LLVM

The git mirror of LLVM doesn't have any tags we can track for release
announcements, so exclude llvm from the checkpkg test.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
