Elliot Smith cd7b48cd0d bitbake: toaster: migrate typeahead library ...

Migrate from Bootstrap 2's built-in typeahead to Twitter's
typeahead library.

This is to facilitate moving to Bootstrap 3, which doesn't have
a typeahead.
