Alexander Kanavin d1fb08991e selftest: skip virgl test on centos 7 entirely 
With the sdl frontend, qemu isn't able to even boot fully,
so let's skip the test early.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
