Changqing Li 8bfdb53247 expect-native: fix do_compile failure with gcc-14 
In native.bbclass, CFLAGS is overrided by 'CFLAGS = "${BUILD_CFLAGS}"',
this make "CFLAGS +=" not work for expect-native, use append to make it
also work for native.
